The Maize Group

The Maize GroupⓇ collection of fine china was inspired by centuries old intricate "kente" patterns originating in the former Gold Coast, now known as Ghana. "Kente" materials were exchanged as treasured gifts amongst the royalty and aristocrats dating back to the 18th century Gold Coast. Now you can become a part of this tradition through ownership of this prized fine china. Now, available in the U.S.A. through one of the leading manufacturers of chinaware, this unique china is of the finest quality available. Each piece is kiln-fired for durability and performance, and inspected no less than six times during production. Each Maize Group design is a testament to the pride and identity that has remained strong throughout the years. In the tradition of all prized Maize Group products, each piece is bordered by 22 karat gold rim and decorated with special attention to detail. The beauty and elegance of each piece evokes a sense of awareness rich in tradition. It will complement any dining table or china cabinet, and provide timeless pleasure to be treasured for years.
